Ingredients

Jerusalem Artichokes

Oil for frying

Salt


Method

  1. Properly clean the jerusalem artichokes, brush them with a sponge (no need to peel) 


  2. Slice your Jerusalem artichokes into thin slices. I used a mandoline for even, thin slices, but you could also use a Y-peeler or a knife. 


  3. Dry the slices in a kitchen towel. 


  4. Then deep-fried in oil at 160-180 °C for 2-3 minutes (until they are lightly golden). 


  5. Finally, place the chips on kitchen roll and sprinkle with salt.


  6. Let them cool down, and they are ready to serve.
